
Another idea was to draft pages for a new service offering customers to learn about possible pollutants, go through a survey to estimate whether there is a probability of pollution and order a test kit right away. These designs were meant for internal presentation to stakeholder to then move on to next steps.

The third idea was to offer clients to schedule an emergency appointment in case of blockages.
The self-help interactive map should allow the client to try and solve the issue themselves before booking the Lobbe service.
Just like with the pollutant analysis service, this idea was then presented to the management team to kick off planning and execution.
